Gong Xiaojia, deputy director of the Public Services Department of Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development, said during an interview with Bridging News on April 11 that this app encompasses ten cultural services, from relaxing in cultural hubs to reading, learning new skills, watching movies, attending live performances, and exploring exhibitions.

The app forms a complete closed-loop system through cooperation among ten departments like broadcasting, publishing, and education.

Its "digital brain" on the management side utilizes big data to develop various models, algorithms, and components. This enables a seamless process from resource organization and service delivery to intelligent analysis, system alerts, and corrective actions, ultimately enhancing user experiences.

The service platform provides users with a convenient "one-stop" experience. Users can easily access nearby 24-hour bookstores, cultural classes, and various small venues such as opera houses and cinemas.

Advanced bookings enable access to higher-level cultural experiences at concert halls, museums, and art festivals, enhancing the community's cultural life.

Gong unveiled the app's "15-minute quality cultural circle" feature, allowing users to find cultural venues within a 15-minute walk. From cultural centers to libraries and museums, users can easily locate nearby cultural hotspots and make reservations for ongoing activities, enhancing accessibility and engagement in cultural experiences.

Dadukou District serves as the app's pioneering pilot area. It has effectively improved data integration and analysis, addressing issues such as incomplete data collection and inefficient venue management. This enhancement has notably increased public engagement, with annual after-hours museum visits growing by over 35%.

Digital technology enriches the cultural experience within venues. For instance, Dadukou District Library has introduced an advanced reservation system that dynamically adjusts seat availability to meet changing demands throughout the day.

Similarly, the Dadukou District Museum provides immersive VR experiences, enabling visitors to explore historical artifacts and ancient worlds in innovative ways.

The app's service side launches in April, providing users with a seamless cultural experience via the "Yukuaiban" platform. Gong said she is excited about the app's potential to revolutionize cultural engagement and improve residents' and visitors' quality of life.
